                 LyLy Nguyen is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of California. She practices in the areas

                 Ms. Nguyen has been a speaker for various professional groups regarding offshore trusts,
                 private offshore banking, and estate planning.   Ms. Nguyen provides incredible expertise in
